By following and staying committed to a regiment Russ created for me, I was able to become more confident and understanding that if I really put my mind to it, I could change my body.

My process started in October of 2013, where sadly I weighed my heaviest. Upon meeting Russ I knew he was going to help me get where I wanted to be. The first couple months were hard- changing my diet and going to the gym, things a typical college student doesn't really think about, but I stuck with it and was able to drop a solid 10 pounds in about 2 and a half months. Yes, my weight loss was slow, but I realized weight is just a number and I am able to see more of my results via the mirror and/or how my clothing is fitting.


Russ has implemented diet, weight training, cardio training, and supplementation with me. My weight training follows basically his exact workouts he does for himself! This proves that girls do not "bulk" up like guys do when lifting. I love working out now and love eating clean, it definitely makes me feel a lot better day in and day out.

I was very active, athletic and determined in my teenage years, and then things changed with the transition into adulthood. Russ now works with my son and, as reluctant as I was to go to a gym, works with me. He has done great things with all of us and has gotten us all into better shape.
